Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed fast. You must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
No. GlowPhased does not accept returns or provide refunds past the 12-hour window. Please confirm your cart and shipping details before completing checkout.

When will my order be processed?

When will I receive my refund (if eligible)?
